  Came here for the grilled portuguese chicken and fries.  Service at the counter was nice/courteous. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry/overcooked. I was more surprised to find out that the sauce they include was a plastic container that tasted like franks red hot sauce (asked for mild at the counter)... hmmm...Didn't seem to go with the chicken honestly.
  
  The fries were very crispy and freshly cooked to order, but found that they tasted bitter (they do not seem to keep their frying oil fresh). Overall meal was alright. Seems the portuguese tarts are all the rave here, but I didn't get any, perhaps next time if I am in the area.

  Got there Sunday around 12 and was so packed with catering orders , finally we get ask what we want and to sit down it'll be ready in 15 minutes
  
  26 minutes later finally get our food to a small meal with " half " chicken. For $13 and 2 sides with 6 potato's.
  Defiantly not worth it, didn't even give me the medium sauce had to go back.
  The service is so bad and they look so stressed , also you shouldn't be using same tongs when flipping raw and cooked chicken it's a major health and safety violation very gross.

  It's a shame the service here sucks because their chicken dinners (served with rice and potatoes) and some of the best in the GTA.
  
  If you want to be entertained, walk in here, take a seat, and watch as people stroll in not realizing that they're supposed to place their orders in the back. Could they at least put up some signs?
  
  If you're ordering, make sure you take their quoted time to prepare and multiply it by 5. Yep, that's right, 5 minutes will turn into 25 and you'll get a rude answer if you ask how much longer.
  
  Red Rooster, nearby, is a better option.

  I will give to them -5 if there was an option!, terrible customer service. I went there for a chicken breast and the girl told me 10 min, I waited 20 min and I mentioned to the girls at the end and they didn't even apologize. One of the girl in the cashier advised me to get a full meal (9$) since I was paying (8$) for a just chicken boneless breast. I said ok let's do it and then she said too late you already paid!... terrible customer service at all!... I even mentioned to the girl that I have been waiting 30 min for a chicken breast and they told me 10 she almost laughed at me saying that it just takes 10 min, how can you be in the service industry and be rude with the customer! Not even an apologize! I don't plan to go there anymore, no me, no even my family.

  I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now mostly for their pastel di nata (the Portuguese custard tarts), they're simply amazing and you can't get enough of!
  On another note, i'm not a super fan of grilled or rotisserie chicken in general, but I do have my cravings every now and then..
  The place is fairly small, few tables, but the most traffic is for takeout/pickup..
  This restaurant compared to the other Portuguese grilled chicken joints, have most to offer. They have a very large menu aside from the chicken selections, starting from the numerous vegetarian sides that you can add, salads, vegetables, quinoa salads, beans, corns, rice, octopus salad, etc...along with different stews with pork or seafood.
  They also have a variety of grilled fish (snapper, cod, etc...) and sausages! so that's a good plus for them to stand out among the competition..
  the taste is okay, nothing extra ordinary, but great for a quick bite or pickup.
